Welcome to IPG Insurance Agency ("we," "our," "us"). By utilizing our insurance brokerage services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the scope of our services, your responsibilities, and our obligations as your insurance intermediary.
2. Definitions

- Insured: The individual(s) or entity covered under the insurance policy.
- Premium: The amount payable by the policyholder to the insurer in exchange for coverage.
- Claim: A formal request made by the insured to the insurer for coverage or compensation for a covered event.
- Insurer: The insurance company providing the coverage under the terms of the policy.
- Broker: IPG Insurance Agency, acting as an intermediary between the insurer and the policyholder.
3. Services Provided
- Brokerage Services: IPG acts as an intermediary to help policyholders select and purchase insurance products. We assist in assessing needs, presenting insurance options, and facilitating the purchase of policies from a range of insurers.
- Claims Assistance: We provide support in processing claims, guiding policyholders through the claim submission process, and liaising with the insurer to ensure the claim is handled efficiently.
- Renewals: We offer assistance in policy renewals and provide updated options or adjustments to coverage as needed.
4. Payment of Premiums
- Premium Collection: IPG does not collect premiums. Premium payments are made directly to the insurer as per the terms provided by the insurer.
- Payment Responsibility: It is the policyholder's responsibility to ensure timely payment of premiums directly to the insurer in order to maintain continuous coverage.
- Late Payments: Failure to pay premiums on time may result in policy cancellation or lapse of coverage, subject to the insurer's terms and conditions.
5. Policy Coverage
Coverage varies depending on the specific policy selected. The terms and conditions of each policy, including coverage limits, exclusions, and conditions, are determined by the insurer. The policyholder is responsible for reviewing and understanding their coverage.
6. Claims
- Claims Filing: IPG will assist policyholders in submitting claims to the insurer but is not responsible for the outcome of the claim. The insurer determines claim approval or denial based on the policy terms.
- Claims Documentation: Policyholders must provide all required documentation to the insurer, such as invoices, reports, or proof of loss.
- Fraudulent Claims: Submitting fraudulent claims may lead to policy cancellation and legal action by the insurer.
